Since delivering his first project in Panvel (Palaspe Phata) in 1998, he has successfully developed projects across key locations including Panvel, Kamothe, Ulwe, Uran, Dronagiri, and Ankleshwar (Gujarat). Under his leadership, the group has delivered approximately 10 lakh sq. ft. of development, built on a foundation of quality, consistency, and trust.

A second-generation leader and the elder son of Mr. Satyendra Singh, Mr. Vikas Singh leads the sales division at OM Developers. With strong expertise in sales strategy and financial planning, he plays a key role in driving growth and expanding the company’s market presence. His forward-thinking approach is focused on scaling the business while maintaining the brand’s core values.

As the head of construction and the younger son of Mr. Satyendra Singh, Mr. Akash Singh oversees project execution and on-ground operations.
